You’re all booked. You will receive an email shortly with all of the event info in it. If it doesn’t arrive, check your junk mail and if it’s not there get in touch with us at info@secretcities.com.au and we will sort it out for you straight away.

How do I let my friends know to get involved too?

• Send them to our site and challenge them to a bit of healthy competition!

What about teams?

• If you bought a team ticket, or multiple single tickets, then you’ll be automatically put together in a team for the event
• If you bought a single ticket (or multiple single tickets) but want to be paired with friends who have bought their own tickets then please drop us a note at info@secretcities.com.au and we’ll make it happen!
• Otherwise, we’ll partner you up with other fun-loving explorers to form a team on the day. We’re a welcoming bunch here at Secret Cities and many of our best winners (and grinners!) have come from teams who meet on the day!

What to bring:

• As you’ll be exploring the city (having an awesome time!), wear some comfy clothes and shoes. Don’t forget sunscreen, a hat, a water bottle, or a warm jacket depending on the weather!
• A smartphone (you only need one per team – we have had teams turn up without one would you believe!)

Do the hunts continue if it’s raining?

• Yep! We run our events rain or shine. Who doesn’t love jumping in puddles whilst exploring their city?

Can we bring our kids?

• We love having kids along! Extra eyes at a different height are often excellent for spotting clues others miss!
• Every booking needs to have at least one 18+ year old, so if you are younger then you’ll need to convince an older friend/sibling/parent to come with you on an adventure before you book.
• You’ll need to book a ticket for kids, just the same as adults, but Under 5’s are free. Please remember this is an outdoor event involving exploring the city so factor that in when planning how you’ll get around on the day.

Can I participate if I’m in a wheelchair?

• Of course! Everyone can participate in our events. Please let us know of any mobility impairments in your team by dropping us a note at info@secretcities.com.au, and we’ll ensure that everyone can participate fully.
